Once upon a time...

In two cities on each side of Tampa Bay, there were two homebodies named Dan Piparo and Nicole Powers. Their idea of a Friday or Saturday night was spending it watching TV with their parents. Although they loved spending time with their family, they were ready to venture on a journey to find true love.

The quest for true love began in early 2006, with Dan signing up for ItalianSingles.com. After 3 months of disappointing responses and converstations, Dan ditched his ItalianSingles account and decided to try out Match.com. Dan was excited to try out Match.com because his best friend Brian had just found a great girl (in fact, they are married now). Well, Dan didn't have any luck on this site either. After another 3 months, it was a waste of time and emotion for Dan. He had decided to give up online dating, but at the behest of his mother and best friend Frank Pupello, they convinced him to try one more site, the highly hyped eHarmony.com.
